TRUE INSPIRATIONS
It’s all because of friends like you
Who lift up my spirits when I’m feeling blue!
It’s all because of friends like you
Who make me smile, who make me laugh
Who brightens up my days!
You comfort me when I am sad,
Encourage me when I need that little extra nudge
You listen to me; when I need to talk
Each day in your own special way
You show me that you care.
Because of friends like you
I have another reason to live, to love others
To keep on fighting, to keep being cheerful,
To keep having faith in God and life itself!
If it wasn’t for friends like you
I wouldn’t be able to keep my positive attitude!
This in turn allows me in, to bring smiles to others
So I say this to all of you
I thank God above for bringing me so much love
And giving me friends like you.
